Spheroids and neurospheres were generated from neonatal SVZs and cultured for 7 DIV in 2% O₂, 5% CO₂, 93% N₂. OPCs were generated from mixed glial cell cultures from neonatal rat brains. (A) Expression levels of pERK1/2 (44,42 kDa) and total ERK1/2 (44,42 kDa) in 6 h growth factor-starved spheroids untreated (T0) or treated with 10 ng/ml PDGF-AA stimulation for 15 min (T15) and 30 min (T30). (B) Expression levels of PDGFRα (195 kDa) and PDGFRβ (185 kDa) in OPCs, spheroids, neurospheres and meninges. Data are representative of two independent experiments.
