Following in vitro expansion for two weeks in the presence of cognate peptide and IL-2, ELR_MYM ELK_IYM and ELN_IYM specific T cells were incubated for four hours with all four peptide variants, then IFN-γ expression was assessed using an intracellular cytokine assay. Data represents the proportion of CD8⁺ T cells responding to the peptide epitope variants.
