ELR_MYM/ELK_IYM (a), ELR_MYM (b) or ELK_IYM (c & d) specific T cells were incubated for five hours with HLA B8+ fibroblasts infected with the ELR_MYM encoding Merlin or ELK_IYM encoding TB40E strains.
