ELR_MYM and ELK_IYM specific T cells were incubated for five hours with both wild-type peptide and alanine analogs of ELR_MYM and ELK_IYM peptides, then assessed for intracellular IFN-γ expression. Data presented in each of the subpanels show relative IFN-γ expression in the presence of alanine analogs compared with the wild-type peptide.
