Post-transcriptional and post-translational control of cytokine expression. A. 3-way ANOVA showed significant effects of age, treatment, and time post-treatment on p38-MAPK gene expression, as well as a significant interaction of treatment x time. Post-hoc analyses demonstrated no specific differences between groups at any of the time points evaluated. B. 3-way ANOVA on SOCS2 expression was significantly affected by treatment and time post-treatment, as well as an interaction between the two.
