0.0625/ml trypsin was heated from 20°C to 60°C in (A) buffer solution alone or in the presence of choline chloride (B) 1 M, (C) 2 M, (D) 3 M and (E) 4 M and cooled down back to 20°C. CD spectra were taken at 20°C, 40°C and 60°C during the heating process and again at 20°C and 40°C during the cooling process.
