miR-494 mimic transfection does not alter DRA mRNA expression. Total RNA was extracted from miR-494 mimic-transfected Caco-2 or T-84 cells. DRA mRNA levels were measured by quantitative real-time PCR as described in materials and methods. Values of mRNA levels for DRA were normalized against GAPDH mRNA levels. Results are means ± SE of 6 independent experiments.
