TSA abrogates TGFβ2-induced EMT via downregulating the Notch pathway. (a) The mRNA expression levels of Jagged-1, Notch-1, Notch-2, Hes-1 and Hey-1 were detected by real-time PCR in SRA01/04 cell line treated with TGFβ2 in the presence of TSA (0.2 μM) or DMSO for 24 h.
