Western blot analysis of antibodies against TcCruzipain. (a) Protein extracts of E. coli (Ec) and purified recombinant TcCruzipain (Czp) incubated with anti-TcCruzipain polyclonal serum (lane 1) or CZP-315.D9 monoclonal antibody (lane 2). (b) Total protein extracts of T. cruzi epimastigotes incubated with anti-TcCruzipain serum (lane 1), CZP-315 hybridoma supernatant (lane 2), CZP-315.D9 monoclonal antibody (lane 3) or preimmune serum (lane 4). Actin was used for normalization.
