WT and eIL-1R1KD FVB mice were subjected to RSD or left undisturbed as CON mice. Enriched CD11b+ splenocytes were stimulated with saline (−) or LPS (+). Relative mRNA expression of IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6 in LPS-stimulated CD11b+ splenocytes is shown. Values represent average ± SEM.
