There was no significant difference between the groups when assessed using an independent-samples t-test for age [t(34) = 0.52, P = 0.1], or education [t(34) = 0.93, P = 0.4]. When gender was assessed using a chi-squared analysis, there was no significant difference between groups for the percentages of males and females [x2(1, N = 35) = 0.23, P = 0.6].
