Reduction of fat mass in ApoA-I-Tg mice fed with HFD. Six-week-old male ApoA-I-Tg (n= 6) and wild-type mice (n= 7) were fed with HFD for 3 months. The body weight (A), food intake (B), body fat content (C) and the weight of epididymal fat pad and retroperitoneal fat pad (D) were measured.
