The data represent the mean relative transcript levels of miR-26a (normalized to RNU48) of five independent experiments with their mean deviation in untreated cells or following treatment with 100 nM miR-26a mimic or miR-CON. P values were calculated by the Mann–Whitney U test with Bonferroni correction (αp < 0.05 vs untreated, βp < 0.05 vs miR-CON).
