Initial: initial learning phase; reversal: reversal-learning phase. Values are expressed as mean ± SEM. Pound signs (###p < 0.0001) denote significant differences between initial learning phase and reversal phase; asterisks (**p < 0.01) denote significant differences compared to socials. Rats that did not reach criterion during the reversal-learning phase are excluded from the analysis due to ANOVA requirements.
