Data represent mean ± SD of 6 nude in each group after treatment with BENC-511 at 50 mg/kg body weight or vehicle for 20 days. At the completion of the experiment, mice were sacrificed and their sera were prepared for chemistry analysis. Data represent mean values and 95% confidence intervals. ALT = Alanine transaminase; AST = Aspartate aminotransferase; BUN = Blood urea nitrogen; Cr = Creatinine.
