Cystometry variables in anaesthetized female guinea pigs after infusion of saline (control values) and acetic acid (AA; basal values) followed by i.v. administration of PEG400 (n = 10), 1 mg kg−1 (n = 9) or 3 mg kg−1ADX71441 (n = 4; A–E). Additional groups were administered i.v. saline (n = 10) or 1 mg kg−1 baclofen (n = 10; F-J). After the treatment, micturition was monitored for 60 min (see text).
