Sera of naive, adjuvant-induced arthritis (AIA)rats treated with farnesylthiosalicylic acid (FTS) and AIA rats treated with vehicle were tested for interferon (IFN)-γ, tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-17 and transforming growth factor (TGF)-β.
