Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for measuring cytokine production from cD4⁺ T cells cocultured with nanoadjuvant-primed human monocyte-derived macrophage (hmoM): (A) interferon (IFN)-γ, (B) interleukin (IL)-4, (C) IL-10.
