Fluorescence polarization of BcerB and the Balh cyclodehydratase. The fluorescence polarization of the FMN cofactor of BcerB (1 μM) was measured with varying concentrations of the Balh cyclodehydratase. A dose-response fit of the data provided the apparent Kd. The error reported for each individual data point corresponds to the standard deviation of three technical replicates, while the error reported for the apparent Kd derives from the error associated with curve fitting.
