Reduction potentials of TOMM dehydrogenases. The redox potential of the listed TOMM dehydrogenases were measured by chemically reducing the FMN cofactor with sodium dithionite in the presence of phenosafranine, an indicator dye, and monitoring the reduction of both by UV/Vis spectroscopy.30 The error reported is the standard deviation of three independent measurements.
