A ENT1 null mice (n = 16) began to fall off the accelerating rotatod sooner than wild-type mice (n = 15) by 10.5 months. There is no difference in open-field locomotor activity (B) or vertical counts in an open field chamber (C) between ENT1 null (n = 9) and wild-type mice (n = 10). *P<0.05 by two-way repeated measures ANOVA followed by Tukey post hoc test for individual comparisons. All data presented as mean ± SEM.
