The inferred prognostic predictors partially antagonized by MYBL1 and MYBL2 during late tumor progression. This event is proposed to be differentially controlled by ERα and/or ERα_E2F1 promoter use pathways. Here, the novel predicted role of MYBL1 and MYBL2 may provide part of mechanism for MYBL1 and MYBL2 being the unfavorable prognostic predictors in a subset of ER(+) IDCs. The increased levels of both MYBL1 and MYBL2 are frequently accompanied with low expression levels of MYB and ARNT2 observed in these tumor samples. There are twenty-four probes in this signature predicted to be shared target genes of both MYBL1 and MYBL2.
