Significant Gene Ontology term distributions in the white muscle. GO terms in the white muscle for biological process levels 2 and 3. Significant deviation from the expected number of sequences (total sequences in a category related to total up-regulated sequences), as determined by the G-test for heterogeneity, between the two data sets are marked as significant. Only terms differing by at least 5% are considered significantly different. Asterisks indicate proportionate counts that are significantly higher in large Sept. compared to small Sept fish. Crosses indicate proportionate counts that are significantly higher in large Sept. compared to large Dec. fish.
