HTR-8 cells were pretreated for 1 h with or without deferoxamine mesylate (DFO) prior to exposure to non-treated control (NT), DMSO (solvent control) or BDE-47 for 4 h, and then loaded with carboxy-H2DCF-DA for 1 h.
