MCF-7 cells were treated with vehicle (Veh) or IGF-2 (100 ng/mL) for 3hr and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) experiments were conducted, followed by Q-PCR. (A) A significant (P < .0001) increase in AHR binding to the XRE on the CYP1A1 promoter induced by IGF-2 is indicated (*) (B) A significant (P < .0001) increase in AHR binding to the AP-1 and TCF/LEF site induced by IGF-2 is indicated as (**).
