The results show that α-tubulin co-precipitates with mMARVELD1. (B) Western blot analyses of the GST-pull-down assay. GST and GST-mMARVELD1 fusion proteins immobilized to glutathione-Sepharose 4B beads were incubated with cleared NIH3T3 cell lysate.
