Network of YbeY-regulated sRNAs and targets. (A) shows the YbeY as well as Hfq-dependent sRNA target network; (B) represents the YbeY-dependent but Hfq-independent network respectively. Green squares are the differentially expressed sRNA in microarray analysis. Pink circles are experimentally validated targets and blue circles are CLR inferred targets that are significantly regulated in microarray analysis. Differential expression of sRNAs and target genes were determined from microarray experiments and sRNA-target interactions were determined using the strategy described in Methods and summarized Figure 2.
