Receiver operating characteristics (ROC) of the haptoglobin/apolipoprotein A-I ratio (HAR), platelets (PLT), apolipoprotein B (apoB), and haptoglobin (Hp) show that HAR has sensitivity of 0.897 and specificity of 0.856 under its best cutoff value of 2 in the acute phase of Kawasaki disease (KD)
