HAR’s area under the curve (AUC) = 0.88. The cutoff value with the best sensitivity and specificity was 2 for HAR (sensitivity, 89.7%; specificity, 85.6%)

The highest accuracy point, Youden’s Index = maximum (sensitivity + specificity) − 1
