After 72 hours of cell seeding RGD modified PCL/Gel scaffold demonstrated a dramatic effect on hBMSC proliferation according to the MTT assay (*; p≤0.5). No significant difference was found between PCL and TCP in their effects on cell proliferation (p>0.5).
