To probe the potential cytotoxicity of mPB and NP-mPB expression, HEK293T cells were transfected with different amounts of the mPB, NP-mPB, mPB-tGFP, and NP-mPB-tGFP expression vectors. The relative cell viability was evaluated by the MTS assay.
