(A) Cells matching the morphology of SCCs exhibited immunofluorescence for both T2R47 and T1R3. These cells also appeared to express IP₃R3, though IP₃R3 expression appeared to be more widely distributed than that of T2R47 or T1R3 receptors. Merge shows T1R3 and T2R47 signals.
