WT and L-Fabp^−/− mice received either control-ASO or Mttp-ASO for four weeks and were fed a LD for the final 2 weeks, while continuing ASO injection (n = 4–5 per group). Bile was collected and biliary lipid secretion determined and expressed as nmol/min/g liver weight.
