One is associated with immune-response, and includes signatures published in25,26,27,36,37,39,41,42,65,66. A second includes signatures related to cellular-differentiation published in29,44,46,48,67,68,69,70,71,72. Another cluster includes breast cancer signatures published in53,54,55,56,58,59,60,61,63. Finally three lymphoma32,64,73 and a viral signature33 associated with proliferation are also included. The colorscales for the p-values were chosen to give approximately the same red/green balance in each clustergram.
