Total indicates the sum of formation rate of each monoglucosides (G1, G2) and diglucoside (G3) of genistein and monoglucosides (D1, D2) and diglucoside (D3) of daidzein respectively. B1 and F1 are the 7-O-β-D-glucoside of biochanin A and formononetin respectively. The error bars show the standard deviations of three independent experiments, which were less than 5%.
