Encoding of a reduced chain of secondary structure in a data package. The secondary structure of the protein is first translated into a reduced chain of SE regions. Subsequently, every two SE regions are placed in a data package in the manner shown, taking up 4 bytes, and in such a way that they are loaded into the global memory of the GPU device
