Effect of Curcumin on LTC₄ generation and on Ca²⁺ mobilization in IgE/Ag-activated BMMCs. IgE-sensitized BMMCs were pre-incubated with the indicated concentration of curcumin or Bay61-3606 for 1 h and then stimulated with DNP-HSA for 15 min. LTC₄ released into the supernatant was quantified using an enzyme immunoassay kit (A).
