Aggregation of wild-type and coronin A–deficient cells in the presence of 8-Br-cAMP. Wild-type and coronin A–deficient cells were washed in BSS, seeded into multiwell plates at a density of 2 × 105 cells/cm2, and incubated in BSS or BSS + 5 mM 8-Br-cAMP during 5 h.
