Mesenteric arteries isolated from sixteen week-old WT, Scpep1^−/−, CathA^S190A and DD male mice were treated with increasing concentrations of Ach (A), SNP (B) NE (C) and ET-1 (D). ET-1 caused significantly (p<0.01 two-way repeated measurements ANOVA) higher constriction of arteries from DD, CathA^S190A and Scpep1^−/− as compared to those from mice with other genotypes.
