Activin enhances C4ST1 and serglycin expression in myeloma cells. CAG or RPMI 8226 myeloma cells were treated with recombinant activin (500 ng/ml) overnight and the expression of C4ST1 (A) and serglycin (B) was assessed by real time PCR and normalized to 28 S rRNA levels.
