Impact of SREBP-1 knock-down on carbohydrate metabolism in normal mice. Groups of five C57BKS mice were given 1 × 1011 viral particles of gAd.shSCR or gAd.shSREBP1 and euthanized 1 week later under fed or 24-h fasted conditions.
