Estimates of evolutionary divergence between lineages expressed as mean number of base substitutions per site in sequence pairs.
Standard error estimate(s). Analyses were conducted using the Maximum Composite Likelihood model [32]. The analysis involved 46 nucleotide sequences and a total of 8663 positions in the final dataset. Codon positions included were 1st+2nd+3rd+Noncoding. All positions containing gaps and missing data were eliminated. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA5program [32].
