(B) Cells were seeded at 4 × 10⁴ cells/ml and treated with the 2 µM Dz1, control oligo (CON), or hTERT-targeted siRNA for 20 h, and irradiated at 2 Gy. After 4 h, the protein expression levels of LMP1 and hTERT were analyzed by western blots. (C) CNE1-LMP1 cells were transfected with hTERT-targeted siRNA or Dz1. After 20 h, the cells were irradiated at 2 Gy and then incubated for 24, 48, and 72 h before cell survival was quantified by MTS.
