(A–F) C57BL/6 mice were i.v. injected with either Ad-shLacZ or AdshCes1 (n=8 mice per group). After a 6-h fast, mice were euthanized. Hepatic mRNA (A) and protein (B) levels were determined. Plasma TG and total cholesterol (TC) levels were quantified (C). Plasma cholesterol lipoprotein profile was determined by FPLC (D).
