B6 mice were treated with IL-12 cDNA alone (black circle), IL-12+IL-18 cDNA (open circle) or low IL-12 cDNA (0,5 µg) 2 days prior to administration of a high amount of IL-12 cDNA (5 µg) (black square). (A) Survival was monitored and (B) IFNγ, (C) TNFα and (C) IL-10 sera expression were evaluated by ELISA in the days post-treatment. The data are expressed as the mean of 2 different experiments with 5 mice per group. IL-12+IL-18 or IL-12 low cDNA + IL-12 high cDNA vs IL-12, ***p<0.01 or #p<0.05.
