Cross-peaks from the G89P variant are indicated in red. Resonances that are doubled in the wild-type spectrum are identified. The Ala84 resonances were not observed in this spectrum due to severe linebroadening presumably because of the rapid amide hydrogen exchange as observed in FKBP12 [27]. f, folded side chain resonances.
