All groups were pooled for this analysis. Baseline sFLT1 was correlated with post-heparin sFLT1 (A, r² = 0.19; P < .01). Unbound PGF and total sFLT1 were negatively correlated at baseline (B, r² = 0.20; P < .01) but positively correlated after heparin (C, r² = 0.15; P = .02).
