Biodistribution of intravenously administered tripeptidyl peptidase I (TPP1). Five daily doses of TPP1 alone (17 nmol) or a mixture of TPP1 (17 nmol) and the K16ApoE peptide (12 nmol) were IV administered to 6-week-old late-infantile neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis (LINCL) mice.
