The tripeptidyl peptidase I (TPP1)+K16ApoE treated group was indistinguishable from wild-type (P > 0.05) but significantly different from the untreated group or group treated with TPP1 alone at 105 and 119 days (P < 0.001 using one-way analysis of variance for each timepoint with the Newman–Keuls multiple comparison test).
