Effects of UVJ extracts on the motility of the ejaculated sperm. The ejaculated sperm were incubated in the presence (B) or absence (A) of UVJ extracts (300 μg/ml) at 39 C for 10 min. The flagellar movements of the sperm were recorded by a high-speed camera (200 frames per second). The flagella of randomly selected sperm were traced, and 5 images taken every 1/20th of a second were overlaid. Three representative tracing drawings are shown.
